1. Shipping Policy

At Anvaya Weaves, every order is handled with utmost care.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

• Within India: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are extra and calculated as per actuals for every order.

Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once the order is dispatched.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Request Window

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original folds must be intact
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• No fall, pico, or stitching done

Accepted Cases

• Damaged product
• Incorrect product
• Manufacturing defect

Mandatory Proof Requirement

• Customers must record a continuous, uncut video while opening the package showing:
  • Sealed parcel
  • Unpacking process
  • Product condition
• Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted
• No claims will be accepted after 48 hours, even with proof
• Tampered, used, or replaced products will be rejected without liability

Not Eligible for Return

• Color variations due to screen differences
• Natural handloom irregularities
• Used or altered sarees
• Sarees without original folds intact

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed once per order
• Product must be of equal or higher value
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer

4. Refund Policy

Eligible Cases

• Damaged or defective product
• Incorrect item delivered

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Refund Mode

• Prepaid Orders: Original payment method
• COD Orders: Bank transfer or store credit

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refund will be processed for the discounted price paid

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of order placement
• Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting/screens
• Handloom sarees may have natural irregularities
• Blouse piece is unstitched unless mentioned otherwise

7. Sale & Promotions

• Sale items may be non-returnable
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• Customer data is used only for order processing
• We do not sell or share customer data
• Secure payment gateways are used for all transactions

9. Fraud Prevention

• Suspicious orders may be cancelled
• Return requests may require photo/video verification

15. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Availability

• COD is available for selected pin codes across India

Advance Payment Requirement

• A mandatory 10% advance payment is required for all COD orders
• Orders are processed only after receiving the advance amount

Charges

• COD fee: 10% advance of order value

Order Confirmation

• COD orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp
• Unconfirmed orders will be automatically cancelled

Cancellation & Charges

• Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch
• If refused at delivery, customer must bear shipping & packing charges
